Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third party that processes customer data on Basepoint's behalf to deliver the service. Each one is bound by a written agreement that covers confidentiality and security. This list is kept current with the application code and is incorporated into our Data Processing Agreement.

2. Map and parcel services
Regrid, Esri ArcGIS, CARTO, OpenStreetMap Nominatim receive the coordinates or addresses you search and nothing else. They do not receive your project data.
3. Integrations you connect
Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Smartsheet, HubSpot, Fireflies, Granola exchange data with Basepoint only after you authorize the connection from inside the app, and only within the scope you grant. They are your providers, not ours, and are governed by your agreements with them.
4. Changes to this list
We add a subprocessor to this page before it begins processing customer data. Enterprise customers can ask to be notified by email of additions, and may object on reasonable data protection grounds within 30 days of notice, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
